The listing, Antique Ornate Pendant and NEW Silver Chain has ended.

I recently bougth this 18 inch 925 stamp silver chain on Listia and thought it would go great with this antique Pendant of my grandmother's- well it does!! But I don't wear much jewelry!

The pendant is old! The best we can figure is between 55-65 or maybe older. She was the youngest of several sisters. It has a teardrop design, a little larger than a dime , there seems to be two- distinct, eye- catching stones in it. The latter half of the stone has a an 'aquamarine looking stone' the top half blends into a greenish/opalish looking stone that almost appears to change colors in different lighting.( LOOK AT THE LAST PICTURE THIS CAPTURES IT BEST).

This is a really pretty feminine piece and it would be suitable for everyday or formal wear. I would love to see it find a new home.

I'll answer all of your questions to the best of my ability - but remeber I'm a novice at this. There is nothing on the back of the pendandt to date it or give it's indication of stone, But rememember the necklace was bought here and if you want info about that email me and I would be more than happy to tell you were to look in my completed auctions to see it. It's brand new- Never worn.

So great for telling me!!! I'm so bummed I missed the octopus. I really wanted o get those little kids expressions and put them on you-tube!! Sounds goofy I know, but the nicer practical jokes are making a comeback!
You should absolsolutely put the antique jewelry on here- people really liked the first ones I had listed.

This is a very beautiful piece of jewlery. My auctions don't end til Friday night but I hope I have enough credits to bid on this. I am so bummed that I didn't get the beads you had. You have some really neat things from your grandmother. I wish I could have gotten the really bling jewelry from one of my grandmothers. I remember looking at it as a child and thinking it was so sparkly!
