This is a gorgeous new Multi-surface reusable Stencil by Tulip. This brand is well known for it's quality paints. The instructions say that you can use this with most paints. The back says that this works on most surfaces suchas fabric, wood, plastic,glass, paper and home decore items.

This can be used for scrapbooking, embellishing, card making, or more. It can help add texture and style to your paper and cardstock projects. The stencil measures about 3 inches by about 5 inces.
