Description

The listing, 512MB QIMONDA PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 SODIMM for LAPTOP only! has ended.

if u r already are, or have been runnin' a single 512MB RAM, then this would be a really quick jump up to 1Gig!...and it really DOES make a GINORMOUS! difference in your machine's response time & operation! ;)

...hint (if u r already running 2 total chips, u probably will NOT be able to install a 3rd...one will prob have to come out & be replaced by this one, so keep that in mind!)

Brand New QIMONDA (oem manufacturer for hp, compaq, toshiba, etc) 512MB PC5300 (667MHz) DDR2 for LAPTOP ONLY...if you have a laptop made AFTER 06-07ish, it probably uses this stuff (after 08-09ish, prob DDR3)...if yours says 'PC2', then it WILL work for you...most DDR type chips look very similar, even though they are NOT!...the slot on PC2/DDR2 is literally 1mm offset from PC/DDR (1)...so make sure this is the correct chip for your machine, not responsible for bad judgement calls, thats why i xplained it well! ;) ..no returns/refunds on these guys, i got plenty already!!! :)

this chip is in perfect shape & tested ...i will try 2 post another screenshot later to verify actual operation & stability, so you can see 'real' tested use...these are definitely not DOA, so i wont take responsibility for them if you happen to destroy them of your own accord after receipt! :O

...memorychips can be persnickety, so handle w/ care! ;)

*ALSO FYI*...yes, all types of DDR2 ARE compatible w/ one another, such as: 2700, 3200, 5300, 6400 MHz will all run fine together w/ no probs (as long as they are DDR2 & fit your machine), BUT they will only run as fast as the slowest chip you have running!...

...most memchips are labeled accordingly, look for PC2 or DDR2, w/ two (2) being the key here...look @ ur labels! :P

...i realize to some who understand this stuff, im being WAY too redundant, BUT to the 'average' computer user, this stuff is WAY more complex than they even want to try figuring out on their own...so im tryin' to keep it real A, B, C, simple for them to get it...ez like :)
