This is a hand crocheted baby cocoon swaddler.
To be on the safe side we will say it is a 0-3 months size.

The white top can be turned down to adjust the length from 14- 18 inches. The measurement around is 22 inches but it does have stretch to it so it can go a bit larger.

These make great photo props especially for baby's first Christmas but are great for practical use as a swaddle blanket for boys and girls.
