This is a size 6.25, tested Sterling Silver ring. The main stone is a genuine 4ct Heart cut Blue Topaz with 0.25ct Pear cut genuine Garnets on each side. The contrasting colors show each other off!
I purchased this ring from a Company here in Dallas, which is an import/export firm.
