Hand made by purple people herself- lovely felted hair dread ;) One of a kind: blue, purple and green with beautiful silver bead. Twelve inches with soft elastic for attaching to hair. SWEET!!

Ok- so it's really easy. There is a small band at the top; just find where you want it to go and wrap band around a small pony tail eater on top of hair- or under for the layered look...
