These are covers, to be used over prefolds or inserts /soakers. Excellent used condition, and I will include some inserts if desired. One size fits most, but are really in the 9-18 month range. Velcro closure

Are these brand new? If not what condition are they in? PUL in very good condition?

Used, but still in great shape. Not pul; the purple one is some sort of heavy vinyl (I think) but it is awesome, lol, and the orange one is some other type of waterproof material with a fleece lining. I think it was intended to be used as a pocket diaper, bug I always just used it as a cover, I didn't like the hassle of stuffing pockets.
