If your doing it with a digital camera, make sure you have so that the pictures aren't any bigger than 640X480. If they are bigger, they will be blurry.

Also doing it on the red color or anything sparkley will mess it up.

I just found this out recently myself. I took family pics for Thanksgiving & Christmas. They turned out bad. I have been trying to figure out why ever since. Just found out about 3 weeks ago. When you start to take a picture look to see what size your taking it in. If it goes over 640X480 and your going to put it on the interent, it will be blurry. Also the lighting and background makes abig difference, You don't want any sparkly background. On jewelry it is better to go outside. The flash indoors will reflect off the shiny jewelry {just like the sparkly background you used}.
