You get the wings and the dress. I commissioned it for AWA 2011 and haven't worn it since. I don't really know what it is made of, but it feels sturdy and comfortable. It zips up the back. The wings snap on with tiny buttons that are pictured. Wings are shimmery and silky. If you have questions please ask, but be aware that I didn't make this and I am no sewing or sizing expert. It should fit ladies (or gents?) in between size 12(might be a bit big) and 16 (may be tight..depends on where you carry your weight). If you are smaller but can sew or alter materials then I am sure you will be able to use this to some extent.

I've decided to include the pearl necklace, bracelet, and ear ring molds (you need to glue them to a piece that goes into your ear).

Sadly I don't, it escaped some where because it is so tiny. It wouldn't be hard to recreate though, a small piece of clay + acrylic paint and a little body glue is all it takes!
