The listing, Cameo? I like it, but have No Idea what it is...:)...REALLY!....:) has ended.

One of the items I'm more curious about, than anything else....so if anyone can give me info...I'd appreciate it...just for General Knowledge....which back in the day we would say just GP....but today..that may mean something else all together.....:)

I think it's a Vintage scarf holder like you said...by the design....but again..I'm going by what you say....it is nice looking though..no matter what it is....:)

I've had a similar cameo like this before ...the design of it was entirely different, but the ring on the back and at the top leads me to believe it is a scarf ring...When a lady wears a scarf around her neck, she'd put this around it to keep it in place. It is a very unique design, though.

Very beautiful, BTW. Any idea what it might be made of? It looks like a silver repousse...that would be the method by which the cameo itself was created. Look it up...It's actually quite an interesting technique...Hope the info helps!!! F&W
