I have regular size earing holes but want to increase size and be able to wear natural bone spirals. Would these work to start or do you have better size?

You will want to lube up a 14g ring and put that it first, wait a week and add another 14g ring to the hole. When you can comfortable give a light tug to the ear with 2 rings, then you should be able to lube this up and push it through.
