This is a brand new in package nurses watch! The charms make up the band and are not removable. There is a nurses hat, snakes wrapped around staff with wings symbol, a pill bottle, hospital, and syringe. See up close photos! This is fairly heavy so I am guessing maybe made out of pewter? It isn't marked anywhere, so I am not positive. The painted charms are enamel coated. There are crystals instead of numbers on this. I don't think the battery works, but as I have never had it out of the package. It may work with winding, I have no idea. At any rate, very cute watch for a nurse, nursing student or even a young girl who wants to grow up and be a nurse! 7 1/2 inches long.
