Hello sondraatherly... You're looking at a BLACK COAT and the LINING... there are NO DAMAGES. My listing clearly states "NO BELT". What more can I say in response to your comment? Thanks for stopping by.

Thanks for your response. Wasn't sure by your original post if you meant that it was not a belted coat or that it was a belted coat and the belt was not included. Got it now.
