Clicking on the plus sign doesn't do anything. You get random points every once in a while for making a comment, but no one gets anything for clicking the plus sign! It only means you agree with the person who made the comment!

Interesting... Every time I click on + it says "one point" thank you. So I am assuming that the people are actually getting the points. However, that said, I have seen several pop-ups about getting points and then they do not appear. Thanks for the info.
