This is the Game Genie accesory for the PS3. It is a specially formatted USB drive (you wont be able to make a working copy).

Insert into PC and install program on your PC. Then, insert drive into PS3. Copy your game save onto the drive. Remove and put back into PC. Run the program you installed earlier. It will connect with the GameGenie server and allow you to modify your save game file. Then, insert back into PS3 and copy your game save back. Thats all there is to it!

This is tested and 100% working.
