Hello! The rope is 86", however is adjustable. The handles are 8" each; the rope appears to be heavy duty plastic. This will be shipped in a padded envelope to save on shipping & handling. Thanks for asking, and good luck bidding!

Thanks for responding :) Can you tell me the longest it will go? I'm 6' tall and I think they say the shortest I should go is 9' (108 inches). I wouldn't want to get something too short. Thanks again.
