believe me, $11.95 for shipping is nothing compared to the cost of a new faucet. I just replaced mine and it cost me $40 just for the faucet, that didn't include the hoses.

Thanks for your comments, at least shipping should be charged USPS is not going to deliver it without cost, unless they take credits too(haa haa).
I don't see why we cant exchange credits for cash.
