Can this type of radio pick up phantom radio stations like phonetic alphabet nato ?

They are unusual radio stations that appeared sometime after world war 2. No one knows why these stations truly exist but some believe they are mores code or other code for USA spies from back in that time and others believe it is aliens or ghosts. I just think it's interesting. If you google phantom radio stations or "number stations" you can check it out for your self. YouTube has a lot of examples as well. Everyone who has ever looked it up couldn't stop researching it. :)
