This is a VERA BRADLEY classic small handbag in what I believe is the WINDSOR NAVY, paisley floral fabric with plaid accent.
This bag zips close at the top. It has one strap with an 11" drop to the top of the bag.
The outside front has a zippered pocket with a plaid fabric design.
One largish compartment with 3 slide pocket on one side.
All zipper pulls have Vera Bradley on them.
The bottom inside of the bag is in plaid fabric..

Measurements: 12" long x 7.5" high x 4" deep.

Made of 100% cotton, machine wash and dry.

This bag has been used gently and is in excellent used condition.
