Unkwon maker -(not fisher price, not playskool, not Little tikes, maybe Hasbro)

Been collectiing toys with Mom since the 60's. Neith of us can put out fingure on these.

They are in decent played with condition
NO ODOR
NO BITE MARKS
NOT CHEWED ON

Are they from Little Peoples collection? I remember having these when I was younger, they had cars they fit in and I think even houses at one point.
