Beautiful, sparkly,tulle stretch waist skirt. This would look awesome with leggings for the holidays.
Made by Decree in India. Size is XL. The waist is about 33" around without stretching. A gorgeous item to wear for the holidays! The waist is pleated,stretchy black with gold thread throughout. The skirt is a tannish colored tulle over a cream and gold flecked skirt. The item is in good condition. Free shipping.

I guess that it really depends on the size of the person. The waist is 33" without being stretched at all so the wearer would have to be at least that for the waist. I am guessing it would better fit a teen to adult. Thanks for checking out my auction!
