RE-LIST due to last buyer refusing to pay shipping after winning.

This is a great little smartphone. It was my first and I loved it. Plan was through Alltel, which no longer services my area, so phone is useless to me. It is a CDMA phone, and I do not know if it can be used by another carrier. I've been told it can be flashed, unlocked, whatever to be used elsewhere, but I don't know how to do this, so won't be messing with it.

That, I honestly don't know. I was told that CDMA phones are locked to the provider they were sent for, but have also been told they can be unlocked or flashed to any server. I don't know how to do this and didn't want to mess up the phone, so didn't try. Sorry I can't be of more help.
