Description

The listing, Barely Used 14 Megapixel Kodak EasyShare Digital Camera has ended.

Yep, it's me again, auctioning off another another digital camera. A few weeks back, I auctioned off a nearly-new one that I bought for my oldest daughter, who SWORE she was "really, really, really into photography." After the camera sat on her shelf for a few months, I realized it wasn't true.

Well, the same thing has happened with my other daughter. She used this camera two or three times, took maybe 100 pictures total, but now would rather play Angry Birds or Clash of Clans on her phone than be bothered to go out into the world and take pictures of real life.

I keep thinking she'll come around, but it's time to get real. So . . . . I'm auctioning off another digital camera.

It's a black Kodak EasyShare C183. It has minor cosmetic defects on the viewer screen, and I do mean minor. Beyond that, it looks and acts like a new camera.

Here are the specs:

**One-button upload to email, Kodak Gallery, Youtube?, Facebook and Flickr sites
**Better pictures automatically with Kodak Smart Capture technology
**Find photos easily with face recognition technology
**14MP, 3x zoom and 3" bright LCD
**Advanced video features

***********
Use my GIN and I'll throw in:
**cool blue case that has a magnetic clasp (it's from an old Olympus camera, but it fits this one perfectly
**Kodak strap to attach to the camera
**Lexar 4 GB micro SDHC memory card
**SanDisk adapter so SDHC and SD micro cards work in a regular SD card slot (Which is what this camera has)
**three-legged camera stand

And yes, I'll provide shipping, though I ask for a minimal $5 to help offset that and also to steer away the casual "buyer" who ultimately doesn't pay the credits and is just determined to waste my time.

One look at my feedback and ratings and you'll see you have nothing to worry about. I deliver on all promises.

Does this auction (not the GIN part) include a battery charger, cable to computer, or SD card? (And anything else needed in order to use the camera?) Thanks in advance for your answer!

It uses regular AA batteries, so no special charger is needed. And it uses a basic USB cable, too, though most people just pop the card into a reader versus use the cable--or at least that's what I've always done with my computers. I wasn't including a USB cable or SD card at the bottom level pricing. With the GIN, you get a ton more, however.

Just a note for clarity. The desk I'm holding the camera over is worn, giving it a speckled look. That's what you see on the view screen. If you just glance at it, it might look like the screen is all screwed up. It's not. It's just accurately showing the super-crappy top of my computer desk. I didn't realize the potential for this mistake until I'd already posted the pictures.

Thank you sweetie, I just saw it and wanted to let people know, it is a GREAT camera, so they will bid and be so glad they did.....if I had the extra credits, I have been Christmas Shopping with mine mostly right now, but if I do I might even get it for a back up camera, I take many pics and always love to have a good small camera with me!! Good Luck with your auction!! Already your fan, watching!! :)

I like the older type cameras but I got my first digital camera off of here last year. Same body style as this but it's a Kodak C143. I really like using it. Takes great photos and does video(-:

I love these Kodak cameras however, the instructions, and I have found that it needs the original USB cord that comes with the camera in order to download pictures. I have found this to be true on some of the cameras. Have you tried this out to make sure it will use any basic USB cords? Also, is this camera a touch screen? Thanks

It's not touchscreen. And I have no idea where the original cord is. I've used it successfully with a random USB cord I have. But the few times it was used, we simply pulled the SD card out and slid that into the built-in reader on the PC. No problems either way.

If I had the whole gin I would get it right now I am a little short on it. Maybe I can win it the old fashioned way. F,W&B
