Like when you bleach your hair and it comes out brassy or to gold and you want it like a white color or platinum lookin you put this on your hair and let it sit and wash it out and it takes out the brassy tones!!!

who the seller is you should just put the name of the product is that along is great i been using this since i was 15 and it doesnt do anything with your hair but u need to know how to used them its not like the ones you at a drug store ladies.

You have to use 20 volume developer for it, you can't just use the toner, you have to mix the developer with it.
