I used to petticoat to sew additional tulle onto for my french maid costume, so that's why its not included. But the ears are adorable!

I'm no expert, but I'd that a full C cup would be the limits on bust for this particular costume. I'm a 34B and it fit me just fine the one time that I tried it on. For size

From dream girl size chart : a Small is :
32" -34" A - B in bust
24" - 26" in waist
34" - 36" in hips
Equivalent dress size : 6 - 8

*I will mention again, this IS petty stretchy. I'm a 34B, but there is still plenty of extra room up there. I'm also well above the specified 26" in waist, but this still fit me just fine, no problems. I think it will fit anyone w/ a 30 or smaller waist.

If you get it and are unhappy, just rellist on here or Ebay ;)
