I use PayPal and it's discounted there. It's $1.75 to ship, .37 PayPal fee and the rest is for the cost of shipping label & envelope. I'm not making anything off this, but I don't have time to go to the post office either.

1.75 to ship 2 coupons ? can they be added with some jewelry ? I'm bidding on several charms, you have some very nice pieces.

yes, I combine shipping. Shipping fees include delivery confirmation, which is why shipping for the coupons is more than 44 cents. It's sad, but we live in a world that includes dishonest people, so everyone has to pay for their stipid $h!t.

I look at it this way. I can't go into the store and buy 2 half gallons of refrigerated juice for any where near $1.75, so I consider this a deal. She's giving away the coupon, so why shouldn't you be willing to pay for shipping. And I know what she means about needing confirmation. I lost $5.00 and my aucti9n item to a cheat!

If you'll notice, on the upper right -hand side of the conversation box on your auction site, there is a plus sign in a box. Clicking on it is supposed give that person a credit, I'm told. I don't know for sure what it does, but it can't hurt!

It costs $1.31 for delivery confirmation? I didn't think it was that high.

PayPal takes 37 cents off the top, total to ship is $1.76. What's left goes for supplies...the label, (I print shipping labels from home) etc, I am not making anything off shipping. Thanks

I understand. I think I will pass 43.75% of the auction value is eaten up in postage. But good luck. I will watch for one of your free shipping auctions.

I "Never" do free shipping and pay it here on items I want also. If these coupons don't go here, I will give them to a family member, it's no big deal. Have fun and a wonderful weekend.

Right! You would go broke on here if you have very many auctions and gave free shipping, I just can't do it. Postal fees go up every other month it seems.

Thanks. Your right, it would be nice if everyone was honest, but unfortunately that's not the case and as a result, we all have to pay for those kind of folks in some way. I too have been scammed in the past and don't open myself up to make it easy for them to do so now.

i have to say that i agree with GrandmaBev. i understand your frustration at dishonest people but its unfair to take it out on everyone else. i live on $50-$75 a MONTH and i still offer free shipping on my items that go into a regular envelope. i rather think you're going overboard with the shipping. you say you're not making anything off it - which the way you are doing it - you may not be -but unfortunately it IS the most expensive way for your bidders, and Listia isnt founded on that philosophy. Listia is about getting free stuff. You say you dont care if you give it away here or to a friend. its a freebie coupon. and its paid with credits. if it gets lost then you may have to return the credits. big deal. we've all had to at one time or another. being spiteful about it doesnt help tho. sorry...just my opinion.....
