The listing, Antique Hand warmer has ended.

This is an antique collectible hand warmer. I'm not sure if you can still use this, I found in my grandfather's garage. Its pretty old but imagine it would be a cool collectible or novelty item for someone. If there are any questions please feel free to message me .

Yes it is a lighter. Sorry for the delay on the response. The lighter doesn't work any more, as far as I know. Hope this helps. Thanks

I fanned back. Yes it also could light cigarettes. Like I said in the description however I don't think it can still be used as it once was
