This is a brand new Xbox one. The box is sealed and unopened. I will not open it. You will receive it with the seal in full tact. If you think this is a scam, please see my feedback rating and I'm sure you will know that this is not a scam. This is just the Xbox one. No cords or controllers. You will have to get all of your own wires, cords, and controllers. Whatever it is that you would need to hook this up to play it. I also took a pic of the return address that shows Microsoft and the serial number for you. It will be shipped priority.

I'm not trying to be a nay-sayer here as the seller has a perfect track record with items and feedback......but I was always told if something is too good to be true....it is.....just wondering how this even happened? As in where did this xbox one with no hookups or power supply come from? Is it refurbished? If it came directly from Microsoft how did that situation come about? I just require a lil further information before putting credits down on this auction, as I'm sure every buyer would agree with and any great seller (which it would seem you are) would have no qualms providing. So please enlighten me of the situation and how this xbox came into your possession without any connections or power supply so I can feel more confident on bidding.....would LOVE to have this item and would spend pretty much whatever it took to get it. Looking forward to your reply.

I got it directly from Microsoft. I do not need to give away my secrets otherwise everyone would contact Microsoft and do what I do to get these Xbox ones. I have sold ten of these on ebay and they work perfect. Never had a problem. I thought since Christmas was coming I would share one on Listia. However I seem to be getting a lot of negative chritasism, therefore maybe I will not share them with Listia anymore.

I have been selling like crazy over the last few days to save up for this. But as others, I'm a bit skeptical. I don't mind that it doesn't come with anything but the console, but I want to be sure the console is legit and fully working. You say you've sold several of these on eBay with no problems. As a way to remove any doubt, would you be willing to share your eBay user name so we can check out your past auctions? I saw an earlier user asked the same question, and his comment was simply hidden. If you do not wish to share your eBay user name with the entire listia community, you can message me. I've been saving up on listia for the sole purpose of finding an Xbox one. Either being listed by another user, or in the rewards store. I am simply hiding comments that are challenging my judge of character simply because, I have worked very long and hard on Listia to build my positive feedback rating history and I certainly am not going to do anything to ruin that now. For some reason you get these no it alls on here that THINK they now everything and try and get everyone else to believe what they think they know, and i am not going to tolerate that on my auction. If anyone is not comfortable bidding on any one of my auctions I simply wish they would just move on and not bid. But no, it seems they are not happy unless they park there but on your page and try and BULLY you and i am not going to tolerate that nonsense!

"Advanced exchange: Microsoft will ship a replacement product to you first, and then you'll send back your non-working item. There are a few important things to note about advanced exchange:

You must provide credit card details for an advanced exchange. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the price of an Xbox One console or Kinect sensor.
You're responsible for sending the non-working product in within 14 days after receiving the replacement product to avoid having your credit card charged."

The trick is Microsoft don't put a hold for the full cost of a console on your card, they just do a check. So people use a pre paid visa or vcc with $1 on to do this and the serial numbers to set up a repair can easily be found or given to you if you ask a seller on eBay etc.

When Microsoft clicks on they're not receiving the broken xbox that doesn't exist back they will try charging the card which obviously won't work where it only ever had a pound on it and the only trace is the delivery address which conveniently is the buyers and not the seller.
