First Day of Issue, with the entire 10 stamp strip, recognizing all the different types of US Postal Employees. If you notice...only 3 of the stamps have been cancelled. They had to use an extra wide envelope to get all 10 stamps on there.

Postmarked April 30, 1973.

The left edge of the envelope is a bit creased.
