Only thing is that, the sounds are VERY low. It works, and a friend of mine who knows electronics said it needs a better and louder speaker. He tried to increase the volume, but I just said to not bother. I think it would be fun even without the sound if the child is six months, it can be like the OLD toy phone that you would answer for a toddler even though it was silent.
It is as is. I'm not keeping secret anything right or wrong about it. My grandchildren have grown too much to want to play with it too. It was barely used, due to the low volume.
