I never thought I'd have to tack this onto an auction but if you will notice the first line of my "terms"? It says "I abide by Listia rules and expect the same." That means I treat you fairly and as a community member. By Listia rules, I have 7 days to send things but I want to treat customers as I'd want to be treated so I try to send it faster. I can't control the mail. But I do my part. I also mark things as shipped the moment I ship them. Recently I have had two people try to file claims because LITERALLY 2 days later, they did not have their items. Teleportation doesn't exist yet. Please be reasonable! I'm working so hard to be good to you - Please treat me the same. So, I will say this: I welcome all. But if you are not going to behave as a good community member and file frivolous claims, I will ban you. If you have a legitimate problem, please come to me so I can solve whatever it is however I can.
