I bought it new although I have never used it. I just had it sitting in a cabinet. It is heavy enough to use although I just had it as a decoration.

ranned u back , there are no cips and it did not come in a box but you can see where I tried to remove the price tag on the bottom. I have had it for many years. thanks .
