I am not a comic book collector or dealer, but pick up that that look interesting to me. I would consider this to be in excellent condition, but it hasn't been on a board or sealed. So there are some slight bends near the bottom binding and a very tiny - not even 16th of an inch - clean slice at the top right corner of the cover. I can see a corresponding indentation in the same place for a few pages in, so maybe it is a manufacturing error. No rips, stains, or folds. It looks unread. I will secure it now and ship it carefully.
