It's actually used but in EXCELLANT condition! You could call it new as there's no holes, snags, loose or frayed material. The "Star Wars" that is written on the cap is pure white across the board, no yellowing or discoloration. According to the tag, it is associated with Nickelodeon. It really is a great cap, very clean. You'd never know that this hat has ever even been worn.

There are NO FUZZIES! The tag says One Size FITS ALL. In my opinion it would be more for a child to late teens.

It's hard to judge the size as it says One Size Fits All. It may fit but I don't want to mislead you. Not all people have the same head size
