Adorable Mr and Mrs SantaWREATH OF SPINNING LIGHTS (It does not spin just looks like it the way the lights come on and off)
It looks to me like there are 3 bulbs burnt out that will need to be replaced, or not...still looks great with the bulbs out. There are no replacement bulbs in box.
You can use it as a tree topper or put it in your window..Decorating ideas on back of box.
Not sure of age there is not a date on box.
