Generally a pot leaf has seven leafs, very very rarely does it ever have five, where as a maple leaf always has five.

Went to look up pictures and like I said, I just thought it was. Looked up maple leaves too, just now, and they did have one that looked like this. Sorry. Just thought I was being helpful.
