It means getting your account verified so that people looking at your auctions will be more trusting in you to bid on your auctions. If you go to My Listia and scroll down, on the left hand side of the page you will see Account Settings, you will then click on Verify Your Account then follow the verification processes. Another thing, GIN is Get It Now, which means when you post an auction you can choose to have a GIN (total amount that you will accept for the item and it will end the auction). You will not have this option until you receive your seller wings.

FYI. One thing people always need to know is the actual measurement of your article. I think maybe your short curtain is a valance, about 8 inches. Kitchen curtains usually are 24 or 36 inches and have two panels. Just putting a valence on the window can be cute too. I wish you good luck with Listia.
