There are 9 cookbooks. I can give you the title's for now
1. Vegetables 2.Hooked on Seafood 3.Light Cuisine 4.A passion for pasta 5.Sensational Salads 6. New from the Grill 7.Chicken & Fish 8. Summertime Grilling 9. Holiday Desserts 1/2 are Betty Crocker books, the other's are from Quick recipes for creative thinking. Can I get back to you on some of those recipes, in the morning? I just got home from working 13 hours, no break. Just checked in here for a minute, need to eat something, haven't done that yet today. I still have planning & research to do for tomorrow. Will try to get some of those to you tonight. I just looked @ clock, it's already almost 10pm, time flies everyday! I'll do my best. Thanks for watching, melanie38

Do you see the small plus sign in the comment boxes. I have clicked on them so they now show a +1 out beside them. I'm not sure exactly how it works but it gives the Listia users XP's. I alway's click the + boxes, but it doesn't give xtra point's. It's like cliking the like button on facebook. You can read about it in the FAQ's.

There are 9 books. I can give you a few recipes for now. I've been having a hard time uploading my pictures for some reason. Here's a couple real quick Cheesy roast beef wraps, Chocolate cake square w/ eggnog sauce, Flounder Rolls, Turkish Ravioli, Pineapple Luncheon Salad, ChickinDijon Pasta Salad, Summer squash Casserole. There's probably 1000's in these small books, but they are great because they're handy & easy to follow.
