Hi Pamel, Thanks for the interest. This is a Women's and there are Not any sequins or little blue diamond things missing. There are Not any rips, tears, holes or any damage of any sort. It has been washed and I don't think it's true to size. I'd say it would comfortably fit a XL. I hope this helps.
