This and all the others being listed, there's going to be QUITE A FEW OF THEM, were given to me before I moved to Pa in 2006. It's been sitting in a closet ever since then.

pattern says "this pattern offers the 3-piece conventional panties & bikini with double crotch & elastic waistband, & a new idea in lingerie--a 1-piece pantie/bikini with crotch seams eliminated. All panties may have colorful elastic, satin ribbon and lace added for decorative touches".
Binkinis are generally low rise, according to my 17y/o, so if I had to guess I would say yes...hope that helps some 80)
