Beautiful vintage moriage Dragonware coffee server with no chips, dings and no noticeable wear...appears to have been displayed only, as that is what it was for me. Gold trim appears in excellent condition with only minor wear on handle edge.....Dragon has white eyes with black dots...Marked in red Fairyland China Handpainted.
Japan. According to Kovel's on google: Dragonware was popular from the end of the 1890s until the 1960s. The Fairyland China mark was used during the 1940s and '50s.
Measures approx. 7-3/4 bottom to top of lid and 8" spout to handle....
