I think it's a shirt, don't think it's long enough for a dress :)

I measured this shirt and it is 15.5", so I think it would be too short to be a dress once a child size 6/7 is wearing it. It appears to be just a slender top that may be just a little longer than another 6/7 top...and my camera savvy angle (LOL) may make it appear to be longer than it actually is, thanks for your comment :)
