is it a large for a woman or a teenager? does it run smaller or larger than in pic?

It's supposed to be a women's large, but it would also fit a women's M. As for a teenager, I don't think this is a style they would like -- not body-hugging enough. This is more boxy. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
