These are AMAZING! I was very skeptical and put off trying it for quite awhile. I was so stuffed up one night, I was desperate to just breath!! I mixed up one of the enclosed packets and gave it a go! i cannot stress enough what an amazing product this is, i should be a spokeswomen for the company. serisuoly i hate nose sprays anything, it just freaks me out...but like i mentioned in the listing, i was DESPERATE. i couldn't breathe, i couldn't sleep, when i would sleep my mouth would get so dry from breathing through my mouth and my lips would get really dry and sore from it too!! lol. so i actaully used the bottle version the first time, same packet ingredients. i barely felt anything expect a very light pressure...and it just flows right out the side and along with it...anything that doesn't belong there :) even if you just have swelling it soothes that a bit so you can breathe a tad easier!! good luck!

sounds like it might be worth your time to run down to the local pharmacy...they really aren't that expensive...worth every penny when you're miserable!
