Side Dishes are in Chapter 3.Chapter 4 covers desserts. The fourth photo is Winter Radicchio slaw. The fifth photo is Roasted Acorn Squash and Beet Salad with Maple -Raisin Vinaigrette. The book was new. We do fund raiser baskets at my nursing home twice a year . I make up a basket with cook books ,cookie cutters , cheeseboard, add a bottle of wine. People buy raffle tickets. The money raised helps the residents go on outings We go to the Cincinnati Reds ball game ,Zoo ,and other fun places. Once they come to the nursing home they are only given $ 40.00 a month. After their care $6,400.00 a month is paid. One year my donated basket sold the most raffle tickets That made me feel really good.
