I agree with Hannah. If you were verified, I'd bid. Anyways though, the winner doesn't immediately give the credits. Credits for new members are given after the winner confirms they've received the item/s. They then, if have not received the item/s can file a dispute and get their credits back. It takes 21 days for credits to go to the seller without the winner taking any action. So, basically, in short, if the winner doesn't get their items, seller won't get credits....just a 5 day wait for the credits to be returned to the winner once they file the dispute.
