Yes, but it's all natural in powder form. There are special instructions for applying which I would message you with if you won.

are u able to get red? and do u need vergin hair for this? also what color hair does this work best on, or will it work on all hair colors, this dies ur hsir black?

No, sorry, I won these in an auction and they weren't for me, this is all I have. Except for black, of course, brown can be used on any hair color. Black on any. If you use GIN, you get both. If you bid and win, you get a choice between brown and black.

do I have to mix this with anything? for example developer? or anything else, do I have to buy extra stuff to dye my hair with this?

There are some instructions I would give you if you win. They would tell you everything. Yes, you mix it but not with developer, I think the instructions actually say coffee grounds, and you may or may not have to buy some things to use.
