I have 2 LG Rumor touches for Sprint both in good condition 1 is blue and the other purple and both work and charge perfect highest bidder gets both phones. They do not have chargers for the phones both do use a micro charger!! The phones are basic touch screens with slide out keyboards. THEY ARE NOT SMARTPHONES!!!!!!

Do phones have any cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs)?

The purple has a scuff mark on one corner but is very small and the blue one does not have any scuffs or scratches on it both phones are gently used but still look and work great.

Hello are they off a plan or prepayed service an if they are off a plan are they locked or unlicked phones

The phones were off of a plan and they are not unlocked but I would say that they could potentially be unlocked but I am not for certain

Locked phones are usually not payed off an harder to get hooked up also you can use them on other cell company

A locked phone means you can only use it on that specific carrier.....it has nothing to do with if it was paid off or not
