I really don't know, I have never opened it. The package clearly says sterling though, as you can see in one of the photos.

No worries. I got it from kohl's, not a dealer. I can't imagine it would be something other than what is claimed, but if you are uncomfortable with it then the best thing to do would be not bid, rather than end up possibly disappointed. Cheers!
