example say u send me a list of 25 cards and i have 18 out of those 25 u asked for at 8k gin is for 25 cards no list no binder no extra cards if gin used will mail nov 20th. no sooner no later
then i will send those u asked for and along with the remaining random 7 cards to still make the 25 up

no matter what winner gets 25 cards unless it hits 10k then i will had 25 more cards thats 50 and winner sends me list of names at 8k
